The Sugar Creek Trio plays authentic 50s rockabilly, rock 'n' roll and rocking blues. The band has been gigging in the UK and abroad since 1999. In summer 2004 they enjoyed a highly successful UK tour supporting Jerry Lee Lewis and Chuck Berry, followed in 2005 with support for Little Richard. More recently, in 2006 they crossed the Atlantic to play Vegas, taking rockabilly back to its roots - a real case of coals to Newcastle. Back in the UK, a month later, they entertained 2,500 students at a May Day ball in Oxford, and have also played the Americana festival in Newark. Nothing stops this band when they are on a roll!
